Welcome

Specializations

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy & Psychedelic Integration:

Psychedelic therapy offers a new way of looking a life. The recent research has clearly demonstrated that these medicines in combination with therapy have the potential to change lives and heal deep psychological wounds. This healing is found by exploring and learning from the insights and experiences of the altered state.

  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in partnership with a medical provider. Currently ketamine is the only widely accessible legal psychedelic therapy.

  • Psychedelic integration work for people who are engaged in other psychedelic work, such as needing to process the experiences from an ayahuasca retreat.

  • Help for people who have had challenging or harmful psychedelic and high dose marijuana experiences (often called bad trips). I work to help people process and learn from these challenging experiences in order to reduce the symptoms and flashbacks that can be caused by these experiences.

Meaning Centered Therapy:

Mental health problems often relate to problems in meaning. This often presents as feeling stuck in a life that is unfulfilling, having trouble letting go of painful parts of the past, feeling overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities, and many other experiences of suffering. My approach to therapy helps people deal with the immediate problems in their life, while also learning how problems can can be the building blocks to a life rich with meaning and purpose.

Teen & Young Adult Counseling:

I have extensive experience helping teens who struggle with mental health or behavioral problems. My therapeutic approach with teens focuses both on the immediate problems, and helping teens develop into healthy happy adults.

I am not what has happened to me. I am who I choose to become.
